At SocialBee it’s personal. We’re a social media agency with a difference. Our passion for supporting local businesses with their social media activity isn’t just working, it’s something we’re enthused about and believe in. It’s all about developing close relationships with our clients so that we’re not just an external agency providing additional services, we’re part of their work family.
We believe it’s this personal touch that helps us stand out from the crowd. After founding the business 2 years ago, Cale has always felt that it’s incredibly important to offer a unique service to his clients – it’s personal with a capital “P”.
Cale firmly believes that it’s this dedication to personal service that has seen SocialBee grow from strength to strength over the last few years. So getting others on board who don’t have that vested interest in developing the client relationship has never been an option.
The only way that SocialBee would ever expand is with someone who has the same vested interest. The same drive to deliver exceptional customer service. The same passion for personal service.
And that person is Clare!
Clare started helping Cale with the business from December 2018 and has since moved to be a more integral part of the team. Having begun her working career in the world of banking, initially through an apprenticeship, Clare showed exceptional skill, quickly working through the ranks of customer service rep to becoming a customer service manager and even successfully working on secondment to manage a small branch – all by her late teens!
After getting married and starting a family, the challenge of juggling work and home life as experienced by many working mums meant Clare tried her hand at other roles including working part-time in office admin and holiday home sales, selling lodges and exclusive holiday homes in the Hastings area. Working around school holidays became essential and so a career change was in order. Once again Clare excelled – beginning a role as a finance assistant in a school, soon becoming a bursar and eventually acting school business manager.
During this time, the challenges within the education sector were increasing year on year, which also added to increased stress levels! When a friend of Clare’s set up an education recruitment agency, Clare was an integral part of the process, so much so, that they continued to work together for the next few years. After 2 excellent years in the role of consultant and business development, the agency is now a roaring success.
Why are we telling you this?!
It all shows Clare’s varied and vast experience across a number of sectors, all of which provide the vital skills that Clare can call upon to support our SocialBee clients. Not just in marketing but finance, customer service and business development. It’s a win-win situation, not just for SocialBee but for our clients too.
Clare says “I’m so excited to be part of SocialBee. The buzz is building – there’s so much we can do for our clients, and I love that. I’m a huge advocate of making things happen for people – whatever you do, whoever you are. If you’re a business that’s just starting up and you don’t know where to turn, then we’re here to help. If you have too much on your plate and need someone on board you can trust to get the job done and get results, that’s us! There’s no hard sell, just a team that cares and believes in better.
